FUND RAISING IDEAS:
Our theater offers various opportunities for your group to raise funds or just
have fun. Here are some ideas:
Buy out the house during the run of any show at a discounted rate of $2 off the
regular admission. Add an hors d'oeuvre and/or dessert reception or an on-site
pre-show dinner and charge your guests for the entire experience. We'll
provide the complimentary beverage bar (non-alcoholic). Two months notice
and pre-payment required.
Estimated income potential (based on 55 people):

spotlightstheater@yahoo.com. Someone will contact you to make arrangements
for your group.
GROUP SALES (20 or more):
We'll reserve one of our rooms for your group. Bring your own food and have a
pre-show or intermission party (great for birthdays or special occasions). We'll
provide the complimentary beverage bar (non-alcoholic).
PRE-PAY for 20 or more tickets and save $1 per ticket (tickets are non-
refundable).

PRE-PAY full price for 20 or more tickets and we'll provide light hors d'oeuvres
during intermission.

charge your guests $25 per person. - Earn $1,650 if you hold a catered hors d'oeuvre or dessert reception and
charge your guests $50 per person. - Earn $2,475 if you hold a catered dinner and charge your guests $75 per
person.
